Hasbro Debuts Marvel Knights and Thor: Ragnarok Marvel Legends

Earlier this week, Hasbro hosted an event where they revealed a number of new Marvel Legends figures from the Netflix TV series Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist as well as the first figures from the Thor: Ragnarok wave. Mattel Announces SDCC Pre-Sale, Super Hero Girls Wonder Woman and Cheetah Two-Pack Announced

Mattel has announced details of their SDCC pre-sale for this year’s show. Starting at 9AM Monday, June 19th you’ll be able to place orders for their exclusives with on-site pick-up at the show.  All items are limited to three per customers. The sale will be at

Hasbro Announces SDCC Exclusive G. I. Joe Cobra Missle Command Headquarters

Hasbro today announced their latest SDCC exclusive – a G. I. Joe set that is an homage to a rare set available in 1982. The G. I. Joe Cobra Missle Command Headquarters includes three figures (Cobra Commander, a Cobra Officer and a Cobra Trooper) as well as a recreation of the original playset…and to top it off, it is packaged in a vintage style box, complete with weathering.

Los Angeles to Pay Tribute to Adam West With Lighting of Bat-Signal

In a fitting tribute to pop culture icon Adam West, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Police Department Chief Charlie Beck will join surprise Bat-guests for a ceremonial lighting of the Bat-signal at City Hall this Thursday evening, June 15.

The legendary star of the classic Batman TV series, which aired from 1966-68, passed away on Friday, June 9 at the age of 88. In rememberance of West’s unforgettable portrayal of the celebrated “Bright Knight,” Mayor Garcetti and Chief Beck will light the iconic Bat-signal, which will be projected onto the tower of Los Angeles City Hall at Spring Street. Attending Bat-fans are invited to don their Bat-suits and trusty utility belts in honor of West’s signature role as the true crimefighter.

Funko Debuts Disney Rock Candy, Bob Ross and One-Punch Man Pop!

Funko has shared a number of new upcoming products over the past few days. 

On the Rock Candy front, Funko debuted the first wave of Disney Rock Candy figures which features Alice (from Alice in Wonderland) and Mrs. Incredible. These should be available in August.

On the Pop! side of things – you’ll be able to add the host of ‘The Joy of Painting’ to your Pop! collection with the Bob Ross Pop!. He’ll also be available in August – happy little trees are not included.

Also due in August are Pop!s from the anime series One-Punch Man. Characters on the way are Saitama, Genos and Lord Boros. There will also be a Pocket Pop! of Saitama released.

Power Rangers Fulfills 6-Year Old’s Dream of Becoming a Power Ranger

Saban’s Power Rangers has partnered with The For The Win Project to help bring to life 6-year-old Conner’s dream of becoming a Red Dino Charge Power Ranger. For The Win Project is a non-profit organization that gives children in special circumstances the chance to come their favorite heroes by producing customized “official” movie posters and trailers, to create a new sense of hope and motivation for each child.

Conner lives with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, commonly known as Brittle Bone Disease. Despite Despite his young age, Conner has broken over 200 bones in his body.

Transformers: Forged To Fight Gets Major Update Ahead of Transformers: The Last Knight Release

Transformers: Forged to Fight, 2017 Google Play Award Winner for Best Game, is releasing a major update this week in support of Transformers: The Last Knight hitting theaters June 21. The update will be made available to players starting Wednesday June 14th and will cover the following important highlights, including the release of AUTOBOT DRIFT as a playable in-game character. Though some may question Drift’s loyalty to the Autobots, there’s no denying his dedication to his “sensei” Optimus Prime.
