I’ve been shying away from Kickstarter posts recently, but The Offbits are fully funded with 1 day to go…and they are too cool to not write about. The OFFBITS are small model robots which come in build-it-yourself kits, originally designed with unused and unloved bits and pieces which were upcycled and transformed into something so much greater. With an open-source approach, you can add your own extra parts and fully personalize your robot.
