Factory Entertainment went big with this year’s SDCC, using the show to launch their (very) high-end line of starship filming replicas – FE Masterworks. With prices in the 5 digits, these ships are built to order, insanely details and breathtaking to see.
But even if you were to exclude the launch of FE Masterworks, there was plenty of new items in the rest of Factory Entertainment’s space. Their prop replica product lines continues to grow with a number of new items across Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, James Bond and more.
The Star Trek range (a personal favorite) will see the inclusion of a TNG tricorder and cobra phaser, a Star Trek VI assault phaser and a Strange New Worlds phaser. I had the opportunity to see the tricorder in action and it’s perfect.
