Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures is a new series of animated shorts that will introduce the classic themes, pivotal moments, and iconic characters from the Star Wars saga to the next generation. The first six shorts debuted today on the newly created Star Wars Kids Website (www.StarWarsKids.com) and YouTube channel (www.YouTube.com/StarWarsKids). New shorts will arrive in December and weekly updates will start in 2019.
In support of these new animated shorts, Hasbro has introduced a new line of figures, the Galaxy of Adventures assortment. These figures are packaged in tubes and include a figure, a mini-comic and a QR code that links to more information about the character. The first wave of figures includes Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca and R2-D2. The second wave includes a Stormtrooper, Han Solo, Yoda and Princess Leia. These figures will debut at Walmart December 1st and the first wave is available for pre-order online now (Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, R2-D2) and look for these to be available at all retailers in 2019.
