Gizmodo got the first reveal of one of Hasbro’s SDCC exclusives – a Bumblebee movie set that includes the first reissue of the vintage ‘dino-cassettes’ molds. The “Bumblebee Vol. 1 Retro Rock Garage” set includes a classic 1977 Camaro version of Bumblebee in the movie styles and the dino-cassettes Dairu (based on the G1 ‘Dile’ mold) and Uruaz (based on the G1 Saur mold), who in addition from going from cassette-to-dinosaur can also combine to form an, as of yet, unnamed robot.
This set will be available at the HasbroToyShop booth and should be available (in limited quantities) on-line after the show.
