Beachcombert

Comments: Beachcomber is a nature lovin’, tree huggin’ Autobot. His alternate mode is a dune buggy (shown below), which probably isn’t a very environmentally friendly vehicle. But, then again, it was 1985 – at that point green was pretty much just a color.

  Beachcomber is a solid example of G1 mini-cars.  Small in size, simple transformation and fairly convincing as both a dune buggy and robot.  Beachcomber would be re-released with a green and red color scheme during the G2 years.
