Exciting news today from Bif Bang Pow! (via Toyfare) that they will be releasing retro-styled Classic Doctor Who figures. First up is the 4th Doctor, which will launch at SDCC (there will likely be some exclusives at the show as well). Prototypes of the 4th Doctor and 3 other Baker era figures will be at Toy Fair next month. Bif Bang Pow! does have plans to release all Doctors, but that is likely going to rely on the success of the line.
Their license also includes items other than figures, I would expect to see Bobbleheads. Frankly, I’m stoked, I’ve always wanted the Mego 4th Doctor figure from the 70s and this will be close enough to satisfy. Can’t wait to see the prototypes at Toy Fair!
