Comments:  If you want bang for your action figure buck, then the Comic Packs are the way to go.  For $10ish you get 2 figures and a reprint of a classic comic book.  Han Solo was packaged with his trusty Wookiee and an issue of Marvel’s comic adaptation of Star Wars.

One of the fantastic things about the Marvel comic packs is that HASBRO really went and did something interesting.  Instead of just making a straightforward Han Solo in Stormtrooper disguise they went ahead and gave him some crazy coloring, inspired by the shadowing used in the Marvel books (a “normal” variant was later produced and released).  This approach resulted in an unique Stormtrooper with blue shading and red lenses in the helmet.  Some may not like it, but it’s a nice twist on tradition and a clever way to have a unique version of Han.
