I’m not used to writing SDCC non-announcements, but thanks to a heads up from ActionFigureFury, it seems that Sideshow Collectibles is handling SDCC 2013 a little, well a lot, different. In reply to a question regarding this years exclusives on their facebook page they replied:
Based on a post on the Sideshow Freaks Forum, Sideshow’s annual Comic-con event will kick off July 1st and continue through the month. They promise new pre-orders, teases of future products, giveaways and more. Stay tuned to see what all Sideshow has up their sleeves.
