Diamond Select Toys sent out an update on their upcoming Star Trek Select series of 7″ figures. The first pair of figure are due out and June, and feature sculpting by Patrick Piggott, interchangeable parts, a diorama base and a 2nd non-articulated figure to interact with. That’s alot to cram into a blister!
The first of the figures is Mr. Spock from the episode ‘Devil in the Dark’. This figure features alternate legs (standing/crouching) and interchangeable hands and an alternate head. He also includes a cave diorama and, of course, a Horta.
The second figure is Captain Kirk from the episode ‘Space Seed’. This figure includes an engineering diorama, alternate hands and legs, a broken phaser and control rod. The non-articulated figure included is Khan – letting you relive the action of their first conflict!
