New York Toy Fair is just days away and Mattel is giving a taste of what’s to come for everyone’s favorite Caped Crusader. The new DC Bat-Link system will launch this fall and is a new system of play designed to make every Batman toy feel bigger, smarter, and more connected. Bat-Link allows kids to link vehicles, drones, and select role-play gear together—turning individual items into one evolving play experience. At the center of it all is the Batmobile, reimagined not just as a vehicle, but as the command hub that anchors the entire system. Every connection upgrades the action, giving kids a powerful reason to build, customize, and expand their world.
The DC® Bat-Link Batmobile stretches over 16 inches long and is built for 6.5-inch scale figures, delivering instant, cinematic action at the push of a button. Kids can snap role-play Batarangs into multiple ports to trigger bold transformations, dock the Robin Cycle to convert the Batmobile into an auto-launch cannon, or pop open the weapon bay to deploy the disc-firing Bat-Drone—then detach it for standalone jet-pack play. Even villain gear gets in on the action, with select accessories from the 6.5-inch figure line, like the Joker’s blaster, able to attach directly to the Batmobile for custom looks and new play features.

Launching this fall—and with more Bat-Link DC products on the way—this is a next-level take on Batman play that grows larger, deeper, and more powerful with every connection. Look for more news from Mattel and DC in the next few days from the 2026 New York Toy Fair.
