‘Mega Man: Fully Charged’ Set to Premier at SDCC

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the iconic video game character, Mega Man returns in an animated series, aimed to introduce Mega Man to a whole new generation of viewers. Created for kids 5 to 11, and their parents who grew up loving the video games, Mega Man: Fully Charged features exciting new technologies, robots, and the introduction of Mega Man’s alter-ego, Aki Light – a regular schoolboy robot with secret programming protocols that allow him to transform into the mega-powered hero Mega Man! Beloved characters, such as Rush, will return – while new additions, including Mega Mini™ and Suna Light, will make their debut. To highlight the new series, the very first episode will premiere at SDCC and be accompanied with a panel discussion on the Mega Man Legacy and give a behind-the-scenes look into the creative process for Mega Man: Fully Charged. On the panel will be video game producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya (Capcom), series executive producers and story editors Steven T. Seagle and Joe Casey (Man of Action Entertainment), as well as VP, creative & animated production Logan McPherson (DHX Studios).

All guests attending the Premiere & Panel will receive an event-exclusive Mega Man: Fully Charged artwork by Capcom’s character designer Ryuji Higurashi!

You can also add another limited edition artwork into your collection, by stopping by our Autograph Signing before the Panel! Friday July 20 at 12.30 – 1.30pm at the Capcom booth #215.

San Diego Comic-con Mega Man exclusives will be available at the Toynami booth (#3229) and the Emroca booth (#4722).
