Kidrobot’s announced a pair of upcoming events, which will be of interest to fans of their artist’s Dunny releases.
Up first are the on the release party for the Kidrobot x Sket One’s collaboration Sketracha. The party is being hosted by 3D Retro on January 22nd and will feature Sriracha-themed food trucks, door prizes and the Sketracha Dunny available for purchase. Sket One will also hold a signing at the event. The party will take place at 3D Retro in Glendale, CA at 7pm. If you can’t make the party, the Sketracha 8″ Dunny will be available in stores and online at kidrobot.com on January 22nd at 9AM MST. See Sketracha below.
Also announced is the release date for Jesse Yu’s (aka J*RYU) It’s a F.A.D. Dunny. Kidrobot recreated theIt’s a F.A.D. Dunny based on J*RYU’s original custom 20″ Dunny creation displayed at the 2015 Designer Toy Award Dunny Show. This beautifully sculpted piece also includes a key that fits securely in the chest keyhole. This 8″ Dunny will be available online at Kidrobot.com and in stores at 9:00 AM MST on Tuesday, January 12th. The It’s a F.A.D 8″ Dunny retails for $75.00. There will be a pewter chase piece with a ratio of 1/4.
