Monogram has got some new DC Universe bust banks on the way and they’ve sent us images and some details. Coming this April are new 8″ banks of both the Joker and his #1, Harley Quinn. Both of these banks are available for preorder now from Entertainment Earth and other fine establishments (Joker, Harley Quinn) and are priced at just $15.99.
