With the February sale, Matty made some changes for non-subscribers. Due to rising costs associated with shipping, they have moved their service off UPS ground onto USPS. This means that a package which would used to take 2 or 3 days to arrive to Phoenix now takes well over a week.
Unfortunately, Matty only informed customers of the change after the fact. Why they didn’t inform customers before the sale date, I’m not sure. This seems to be an area where Matty could improve, this is the 2nd time in 2 months where they are aware of an issue, but don’t let collectors know before they’ve figured that something is up. They’d be wise to just let the word out in advance, as an informed customer is a more satisfied one.
