Launch date for Transformers 3 movie merchandise?

Included with the new ‘Reveal the Shield’ toys is a cross-promotional sheet / poster deal that includes the detail that we can expect to see Transformers 3 licensed products starting the week of May 16th, 2011.  Likely some stuff will leak out early, but in mid-May the take-over by movie toys will begin.
