Incredible Hulk

Comments: The second wave of the “Secret Wars” comic 2-packs for the Marvel Universe line are here. This time around, figures are packaged with issues 4, 7 and 8 of the 12 issue limited series. The Incredible Hulk was packaged with Cyclops and issue 4 of the series.

The Incredible Hulk is big.  That was my first impression of the figure after cracking open the plastic bubble.  Big and heavy.  But is he a good figure?  In my opion, he’s an ok one, but there’s definitely room for improvement.  This figure’s shortfall is it’s hips – despite the presence of articulation, they’re largely static.  As such, the positions available to Hulk are fairly limited.  The upper body and face sculpt are fantastic and save the figure.  Unfortunately, all the flavors of Hulk available at this time (Green! Red! Grey!) all use this same body and suffer as a result.
