Funko issued a press release this morning announcing their Hikari Japanese vinyl line – I’m heading off to the convention center in a bit and they’re on the list to visit today, so expect a full report later in the day. In the meantime enjoy the press release and two preview images.
Hikari is a highly collectible line of clear Sofubi vinyl inspired by Japanese Vinyl Figures. Each piece will be hand numbered and limited edition. Hikari comes packaged in a special edition clear tube with an on/off LED light to display these one of a kind figures!
Batman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be the first licenses released in the Hikari line with more properties such as Star Wars, Marvel, Ghostbusters, and many more to follow in 2014.
