Transformers Q&A

July 26th, 2010 MattG Posted in News, Transformers No Comments »

Thanks to Hasbro and Hunter PR AwesomeToyBlog is part of the Transformers brand Q&A.  I asked two questions and get two answers back.  Well this time I got one back, and one pending.  If there’s a question you want asked about the Transformers brand, leave a comment!

1)  Last week I picked up the Transformers: Generations ‘Cybertronian’ Optimus Prime (great job on this one!) at Toys R Us and was pleased to find that the twist ties were replaced by paper ties.  The paper ties were great, what motivated the move away from wire twist ties?  Will these new ties be migrating over to other Hasbro brands? – No answer yet.

2)  The last wave of Universe Legends (Cosmos, Wheelie, Warpath, Rodimus) were challenging to find at retail last year, is there any chance these figures will be used again to fill out cases or be reissued? – Unfortunately, we do not have any plans to re-release these figures in the near future.  We wish we had better news for you at this point in time.
