Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, is a huge deal with all the doorbusters and stores opening ridiculously early and the occasional trampling!  Most of the ads are now published, and the action figures / toy collecting deals are a bit slim.  Toys R Us – opening at midnight Friday looks to have the best deals with Transformers Dark of the Moon Ultimate Optimus Prime priced at $48 and deluxes at buy 1 get 2 free.  You can see the entire Toys R Us ad here, Target here, Walmart here and K-Mart here. HasbroToyShop.com, Hasbro’s online store, is offering a special Friends and Family discount – 25% off and get free shipping! There are some exclusions, but this is a chance to save a few bucks; it does look like there’s a few new Marvel Universe figures available as well as some of the online only Iron Man figs.  Go to HasbroToyShop.com to browse and use coupon code FSFAM11 to save some coin.

One of the deals in the Toys R Us ‘Great Big Toys R Us Book’ is a coupon for a free $10 gift card with a $75 purchase.  The usual downside is that you need to have the mailed version of the book to get the coupon – however this year there’s a PDF with the coupon that you can download and print.  Head over to the Toys R Us website and print out yours.  Mind you, the usual exclusions apply – including video game software and hardware.

To counter the Toys R Us “Big Book” Target has sent out their own mailer of pre-Black Friday toy deals featuring over $350 in coupon savings.  As a bonus for customers recieving the mailer – the back cover features a coupon for a $5 gift card with a toy purchase of $50 or more.  Not on Target’s mailing list?  Fear not, the full catalog and coupons are accessible here on the Target website. Highlights of the coupons include $5 off the new Ultimate FX lightsabers, $5 off Ultimate Optimus Prime and $5 savings on several lego sets.  It looks like the holiday season is heating up early…hope there are more big deals to come.

With Halloween now a distant memory (3 days gone!) the retailers are ramping up for the holidays with sales popping up frequently in the toy aisles.  As part of their ‘Super Wow!’ deals – this Friday from 3PM to midnight and this Saturday from 8AM to 1PM, Toys R Us will offer a deal on Star Wars figures with them ringing up as 2 for $11.99.  Vintage figures are expressly mentioned in the online ad – so this is a great price for two figs.  In order to get this price, you do need to print your Wow! savings card which you can find here. Entertainment Earth has posted their weekly promotion, and this week they have a pretty sweet deal – save 20% on any in-stock order of Mezco merchandise.  This is a great opportunity to pick up the Mega-scale Lion-O figure (just $27) or the Mez-itz Batman and Batmobile.  There’s some great product…and this a great chance to grab it.

To celebrate their NYCC debut – Hasbro is offering a 10% discount on their HasbroToyShop.com offerings.  At check-out; use code NYCC2011 and you’ll save some dough!  I’ve been told there are exclusions to this coupon, but as I don’t have a physical copy (last time I don’t go to NYCC!) I’m not sure what they are.

So head on over to HasbroToyShop and try it out.  They did post the NYCC exclusives and at ‘press time’ the only sold-out item is Compound Hulk.
