It is fitting that Titan Merchandise is the last of my galleries to be posted from toy fair as they were my very last stop for my trip. I focused on the newest items which included the second wave of Cartoon Network vinyls and the “All Together Now” Beatles vinyls. You can see those and a few others in the gallery.
Each year at Toy Fair, Playmobil has an awesome slate of fun, detailed toys with a ton of cool accessories. This year they’re doing something new and have sets based on exising entertainment properties. The first of these are Ghostbusters and How To Train Your Dragon. I stopped by their booth today to check out the sets based on these properties and was thrilled to see that the attention to detail that goes into all their sets extends into these.
For the Ghostbusters sets, rest assured that all the crew can fit in the Ecto-1 and the Ecto-1 can fit through the door of the fire house.
See all the Ghostbusters and How To Train Your Dragon sets below.
With just five days left the Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter is already a smash hit (see it here to pledge) but the Four Horsemen brought their figures to toy fair for a little extra exposure. This line features outstanding sculpts, great deco, interchangeable parts and awesome accessories. If you haven’t been keep an eye on what the Horsemen are doing, you should.
McFarlane Toys had an impressive showing at this year’s toy fair. With a number of new licenses, the return of articulation to their 7″ figures and even new properties for their construction line.
On the action figure front, look for new figures from Borderlands 2, Gears of War, Titan Fall 2, Destiny, Jareth from Labyrinth, their football and basketball lines and, of course, Walking Dead. There will also be a line of anime inspired figures released including figures from Naruto, Attack on Titan and One Punch Man.
Their construction toys will pivot in direction a bit with new sets from Five Nights at Freddy’s, South Park, Steven Universe and Rick and Morty. These sets looked great and featured bold, bright colors, yet maintained the details seen in previous sets.
Check out all these new items and more in the gallery below!
Earlier today I stopped by the JAKKS Pacific showroom at Toy Fair to check out their new offerings for the year.
Of the Big Figs on display, standouts included the debut of Justice League Batman and flash and the Amazon exclusive premium big figs. Harley Quinn and Flash features premium decos and Superman has as cloth costume.
The World of Nintendo line continues with new waves of figures planned across multiple scales. New for this year is a Splatoon blaster which will shoot colored (but water soluble and non-staining!) globs of goo. The gallery below has a wall that’s been a target throughout toy fair.
New waves of Marvel and Disney Tsum Tsum are planned and a pair of Marvel-themed carrying cases are on the way with one looking like a giant Spidey Tsum Tsum and the other having a comic motif.
Finally, and maybe my favorite item in the JAKKS booth was the ‘Chocolate Egg Surprise Maker’. Based on the name it should be pretty easy to figure out what it does, but if you want to make your own Kinder eggs…this is the way to go.
IAmElemental’s complete 2nd series of figures were on display at this year’s New York toy fair. Under the banner of ‘Wisdom’ this series of figures was inspired by Hypatia, elements of the figures reflect that muse.
You can see the entire series, including the final packaged figures in the gallery below.
Each year Factory Entertainment comes up with some awesome new products to introduce at Toy Fair. This year’s is no exception as they are introducing “PawzPlay”, a line of plush figures which mashes up your pet and cosplay. You’ve got dogs and cats dressed up as your favorite DC heroes and villains.
Also new at Factory Entertainment are additional Metal Miniatures, a line of walking canes with interchangeable comic character heads serving as the handle, a pair of amazing Marvel statues (there’s a tiny Ant-Man on the end of Hawkeye’s arrow) and the impressive Batman ’66 Batcave diorama that debuted at SDCC now sports some awesome light effects.

Entertainment Earth has been an awesome partner to AwesomeToyBlog throughout the years, so it’s always a joy to visit with them during Toy Fair and see all the latest Bif Bang Pow! products making their debut.
With the limited series coming to Showtime, and an untapped merchandise market, the new Twin Peaks merchandise is sure to be a hit with old and new fans of the series.
Of course the big theme for Bif Bang Pow! this year is wooden pop culture collectibles. From nesting dolls, stackable totems and, of couse, the Pin Mate figures – there’s going to be a ton of next expressions of some of your favorite pop culture characters. The Pin Mates line in particular is set for big growth and won’t be limited to just figures – vehicles will be introduced for both the Marvel and DC lines.
Check out the toy fair display below and see everything from Pin Mates to Twin Peaks and from Twilight Zone to KISS.
Diamond Select Toys always impresses at Toy Fair with the sheer volume of product they have on display. From their Marvel Select figures, to Ghostbusters, to Muppets and Nightmare Before Christmas there’s something for every fan.

Over the past few years, DC Collectibles has become a favorite stop during SDCC and Toy Fair. This year’s New York Toy Fair offerings did not disappoint with an impressive selection of toys and collectibles across DC’s comic, film and television slate.
While you can see their entire offerings in the gallery below, stand out items include: the Joker expression back, the black & white Nightwing statue, an amazing Batman: The Animated Series Batcave playset and the entire Wonder Woman display of products for the movie and the 75th anniversary.

Spin Master’s booth can be summed up in one word – fun. From wearing a VR google streaming video from a drone being flown by a professional drone racer (that’s a thing!) to talking to BB-8, the booth was awesome.
In addition to the awesome Air Hogs and droid antics, the Spin Master booth was also home to Meccano with two new premiere robots being introduced this year, Max and the MeccaSpider which can spray venom!
The Doctor Dreadful product line gives kids a chance to mix up their own gross, but tasty concoctions all with a mad scientist twist.
Tech Deck finger boards continue to entertain kids of all ages and this year Spin Master is intoducing a number of playsets for the boards giving even more places for finger boardin’ and biking tricks.
On the action figure side of things, Spin Master is releasing a line in support of the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean movie, the toy line features smaller figures and featurs a good number of pirate ships for swashbuckling fun.
And of course, the 2/3 scale BB-8 rolled and beeped his way into my heart. See all the fun Spin Master products from toy fair in the gallery below
Mattel hosted a special collector’s event at toy fair this evening, showcasing their latest Halo, WWE, DC Multiverse, DC Superhero Girls, Minecraft and Teen Titans product.
Of particularly interest was new product from the upcoming Wonder Woman film with both the action figures (with build-an-Ares) and Wonder Woman dolls on display. The Wonder Woman figures look fantastic.
