Comments: First announced at the 2009 San Diego Comic-con, Underground Toys’ newest exclusive sets are 2 sets of the Third Doctor.   Here the Doctor is from the episode ‘The Sea Devils’  and he comes packed in along with a Sea Devil.

While I’ll openly admit I wasn’t thrilled that Underground with 2 versions of the 3rd Doctor…particularly when #7 has yet to find his way into the line.  That said…this figure is awesome.  The head sculpt (used on both Doctors) is top notch; his costume is perfect.  The color scheme is a little boring, but its accurate.  These exclusives may be a bit pricey at $40, but for any fan of the classic series, its worth it.
