Comments: The second wave of the “Secret Wars” comic 2-packs for the Marvel Universe line are here. This time around, figures are packaged with issues 4, 7 and 8 of the 12 issue limited series. Spider-Woman was packaged with Iron Man and issue 7 of the series.

For being a relatively new line, Marvel Universe is hitting the ground running.  Spider-Woman is almost perfect…usually it takes years to get a definitive version of any character (at least 2 tries) but here – Hasbro has pretty much done it.  The sculpt and articulation are great, top notch.  My only problem is the paint job; and it isn’t just mine.  In some spots the white paint just can’t block out the plastic’s color…as such the figure just looks a bit sloppy, almost undone.  But, all in all, a great offering and addition to the line.
